Day 01

Arrival / Colombo – Relax on the Beach

Day 02

Colombo / Dambulla / Minneriya / Sigiriya

Enroute : Visit Dambulla Rangiri Cave Temple to see ancient Murals, Sculptures, Art & Carvings – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit a Spice Garden at Matale to see the Growth of Spices, Preparation Process, Taste the flavor & Smell the Aroma of the spices

Day 03

Climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress / Pidurangala

Day 04

Sigiriya / Knuckles Transfer

Knuckles Mountain Trek – Hike a Nature Trail into the Temperate Wilderness over the rolling hills, valleys & gaps of an unusual National Park of Sambar, Deer, Porcupine, Rabbit & Nature

Enjoy a Picnic lunch besides a relaxing Waterfall This involves Trekking a mountain range which looks like the Knuckles of the hand going up & down the rolling hills & so on

Enjoy the crisp air as one trudges the path less traveled, passing foliage of different hues of green, trampling rocks fresh painted with the overnight mist, hazy blue mountains in the distance, in the vastness are the valleys below, as one comes across a deer or Sāmbhar of a discrete hue & lets it do what it does best, to walk away & to find the path not taken as it divides into two & take the other just as fair. Picnic lunch besides a pretty Waterfall …. Time to Chill and get the Energy … to resume the trek to a point where the guide has decided to return or detour on yet another route, in order to be back on time to refresh & be ready for the evening things to do, back at the Campsite
